Product Engineer

Description:	Job description: BSEE or MSEE. 2-7 years experience with an electrical or electro-mechanical products manufacturer. Experience with high voltage, high frequency electronics or experience with Plasma creating devices a strong plus. Strong experience in product test also a plus. Duties: This engineer will be involved in the development and testing of Client equipment. Specific duties will include but not be limited to: - Developing, implementing, testing and debugging the control and power systems associated with plasma cleaning. This most heavily involves analog design, but includes a significant digital component. - The Client plasma cleaning system uses high frequency (20khz) energy (2kV) to create atmospheric plasma - The system is controlled and its operating condition is monitored by an 8051 microprocessor. - Working with product management to specify and develop new plasma cleaning products, and modify existing products to better suit customer needs. - Developing and executing plans for design validation and verification. - Troubleshooting and developing fixes for issues arising in the field with the company's plasma cleaning devices - Supporting standards conformance testing and implementing fixes to ensure conformance - Supporting manufacturing test and quality control efforts This position is based in Exton, Pennsylvania and will require very little travel.
