V. Qualifications
Education
" Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent experience is required.

Experience

" 5+ years experience in a similar position is required.
" Experience in the lending industry is required.
" Banking and credit union experience is preferred.

This is a new position that will allow the ideal candidate to lead and coordinate new product development from initial customer inquiry through delivery of finished parts as we begin to expand our existing customer services. As Product Development Manager, you will be the lead technical resource to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure operator efficiency, while acting as the primary liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service. This position will also require maximum travel time of 15 percent, as you support our Sales Staff with your specialized level of expertise.
