Description:	Product Development Manager Exceptional opportunity for a dynamic individual for a new product development role with well-rooted and successful manufacturing company. We are expanding and require a talented engineer and communicator to work with our new and existing clients in developing their product needs. This is a new position that will allow the ideal candidate to lead and coordinate new product development from initial customer inquiry through delivery of finished parts as we begin to expand our existing customer services. As Product Development Manager, you will be the lead technical resource to oversee the manufacturing process and ensure operator efficiency, while acting as the primary liaison between Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering, and Customer Service. This position will also require maximum travel time of 15 percent, as you support our Sales Staff with your specialized level of expertise. The ideal candidate must be creative, open-minded and results oriented with a proven track record of success. The candidate must also possess strong interpersonal skills allowing the candidate to present to multiple organizational levels, including internal and external customers. Requirements: B.S. in Engineering or equivalent work experience of 5+ years Strong interpersonal skills with all levels of a manufacturing organization Able to read blueprints, understand CAD and CNC programming Able to travel up to 15% of work days
